A Celebration of Women’s History

International-Womens-Month-CryptoPeops-Big-3

Women’s History Month is an annual celebration that takes place in the month of March to recognize and honor the contributions and achievements of women throughout history. The month-long observance began as a week-long celebration in the United States in 1981, but it was expanded to a month-long observance in 1987.

During Women’s History Month, people take the time to learn about and celebrate the accomplishments of women in various fields, such as science, politics, literature, sports, and the arts. The month is also an opportunity to raise awareness of the ongoing struggle for gender equality and to recognize the contributions of women who have fought for women’s rights and gender equality.
